The Weight of Feeling Stuck

Have you ever felt like you’re spinning your wheels — doing all the “right” things, but nothing’s moving forward?
You read the books, make the lists, set the goals, and still somehow end up in the same place — unsure, restless, and wondering what you’re missing.

When I left corporate, I thought I needed to have my entire next chapter mapped out before I could breathe again. But the more I tried to plan, the foggier everything became.

The moment I finally let go — when I stopped forcing myself to “figure it out” — was when things began to click into place. The people, the opportunities, the ideas… they flowed in naturally once I stopped trying to control them.

Letting go doesn’t mean giving up. It means loosening your grip enough for the universe to do its part.

It’s an energetic shift — from striving to receiving, from fear to trust.


How to Start Moving Again

🌬️ Pause before pushing.
When you feel the urge to overanalyze or make a big decision, stop and breathe. Ask yourself, “What if I didn’t need to know right now?” That single pause is often all it takes to release resistance.

💫 Reconnect with your body.
Movement, deep breathing, a few minutes in nature — anything that gets you out of your head and into your body will help you hear your intuition again.

🌿 Follow what feels peaceful, not what feels certain.
Peace is often the first sign of alignment. Certainty might feel safe to your mind, but peace feels safe to your soul.


The Truth About Clarity

You were never really stuck. You were just learning how to stop gripping so tightly.

Clarity isn’t something you chase — it’s something that arises when you create enough space for it to find you.
