I’m on a mission to help others create lives of peace, joy, and fulfillment—lives that actually feel as good as they look.
As a recovering overachiever and people-pleaser, I know how it feels to chase success at the expense of self. Learning to honor my energy over expectations changed everything.
Now, I help others do the same—because building your dream life doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be aligned. With the right guidance, inner work, and empowerment, you can experience the abundance and freedom you’ve always been craving.
My Story

At a young age, I realized that school was where I excelled—and where I found my value. That drive pushed me to become Valedictorian in high school, graduate Summa Cum Laude in college, and climb the corporate ladder for over a decade.
While that laser focus led to a high-paying career, it also led me away from myself. I had the success I thought I wanted, but I’d lost my sense of joy—and my mental and physical health were paying the price.
Eventually, I realized I was too young to feel sick and stuck. So, I quit my job, started an unexpected journey of self-discovery, and ended up somewhere better than I could have ever imagined.

The Meaning Behind the Logo

When I began Good Ash Coaching, I wanted a symbol that represented more than just a business—it had to reflect my journey back to balance, healing, and flow. The Hawaiian ti leaf felt like the perfect choice.
In Hawaiian tradition, the ti leaf carries powerful symbolism: protection, healing, and blessings. It’s often used in ceremonies to clear negative energy and invite in mana—life-force energy that restores harmony and strength.
The three leaves in my logo mirror that sacred balance of mind, body, and spirit—the same harmony I guide my clients toward through energy work and soul-aligned coaching. They also honor my deep love for Hawaiian culture and the connection to nature and spirituality that continually inspires me.
Just as the ti leaf has long been used to protect and bless, my intention is to bring that same sense of peace, renewal, and grounded power to everyone I work with—helping you find clarity, purpose, and joy in the flow of your own life.
